Because when parents feel supported, children thrive.
Motherhood has been the most profound transformation of my identity and sense of self. In a world that prioritizes achievement and expertise, parenting often leaves us questioning who we are and whether we’re doing it “right.” And with endless studies on sleep, screen time, or breastfeeding, it’s easy to feel like we’re falling short.
Through my work with hundreds of parents and my conversations within parenting communities, I’ve seen the same worries, doubts, and fears surface—concerns that we might be letting our children down in ways big and small.
But parenting isn’t about perfection. It’s time to move beyond the curated social media snapshots that highlight fleeting moments of beauty amid the daily chaos. Let’s have real conversations about raising children in today’s fast-paced, hyper-connected world and remind each other that showing up and doing our best is enough. Science supports this, and if we listen closely, so do our instincts.
